General Description: Rehabilitation and improvement of a Four Stars Hotel which capacity is of 64 bedrooms with all support facilities, occupying an area of about 13.800 m2, in Serpa's city.
The Hotel will have two buildings with two floors for accommodation, in which:
- The main building will be a rehabilitation of the main body of the existing building, which will have 34 bedrooms and support facilities;
- The new building will have 30 bedrooms.
The residential will also have a SPA with indoor pool.
