General Description: These projects for the constriction of 126 social housings at Praia - Santiago Island, are deployed in two different areas U15 and U4 with two types (T2 and T3) and in three classes (A, B and C). The types are distributed as follows:

Class A: 36 (thirty six) flats, 12 (T2 with 70m2 of gross area/each) and 24 (T3 with 80 m2 gross area/each);
Class B: 28 (twenty eight) flats (T2 with 60m2 of gross area/each) and 20 (T3 with 80m2 of gross area/each);
Class C: 62 (sixty two) flats, 20 (T2 with 60m2 of gross area/each) and 42 (T3 with 80 m2 of gross area/each);
Total gross area for construction: 10 300,00 m2;
